Transaction cancellation
Cancellation of digital services
You can cancel your registration for courses, training products or online training (including recorded tours) within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that they have not been actually used (such as accessing content, participating in an activity or downloading materials).

Cancellation of workshops and physical tours
Cancellation of registration for a tour, workshop or physical training will be possible up to 7 days before the scheduled date. After that, no refund will be given. You can check the possibility of participating on an alternative date, subject to availability.

Subscriptions
Cancellation of a subscription or support plan (if and when offered on the site) will be made according to the terms of the purchased subscription, and will take effect upon the end of the current period.

Cancellation cost
In the event of cancellation without a defect in the service, a cancellation fee may be charged as specified in the purchase terms.

Product Delivery Policy
Provision of services
Access to courses, trainings, and digital products will be provided upon completion of the registration and payment process, through a personal account on the website or by email. Workshops and physical tours will take place at times and locations that will be announced in advance and coordinated with the client.

Delivery of physical products
Physical training materials, kits, or related items will be delivered via courier or registered mail at the customer's choice. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering.

Physical product return policy
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. The return of the product will be the responsibility and expense of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon with Orit Avital.

Quality of services
All services, tours, and products are carefully tested and developed, with the aim of ensuring professional and high quality.
